I can't decide if it's really wrong or totally amazeballs that the new CTS-V has 40 more horsies under the hood than the new GT.

That's nuts, but remember the first gen GT had 550hp at the same time the Mustang GT500 had 500hp and the ZR1 had 638hp.
I for one welcome our new horsepower war overlords.

We don't know the official hp rating yet though... Ford says it will have over 600 hp. It could be 601, or 699. We shall see.

I would like to point out that 800 is above 600 as well.

As is infinity.

Also, the Hellcat was said to have "over 600 hp". We know how that turned out.

I thought the 600 was a little low considering what else is out. The thing must only weight 1000 lbs.

Remember the GT will probably weigh a thousand pounds less than the CTS-V. So the GT with lower numerical HP will probably still smoke the CTS-V in a drag race.

Oh I know! Plus it has that great whistle. I think just makes the CTS-V batshit crazy. And I love it.

they made their move, let's see the counter from the other two
